While on the way to our shop the other day, I noticed something I thought I'd pass along. When cars in front of me applied their brakes, I counted several lights that were out. On one vehicle in particular, the only light that was working was the top center light. Obviously, having working brake lights is very important and may result in a traffic citation (aka ticket) if a police officer takes note. It's also a safety issue when drivers behind you don't know you've applied them. So here's the game - the next time you're on the road, count the number of brake lights that are out on other cars. You may be surprised to see how many non-working lights that there are. It's a good idea to check your lights on a regular basis. Of course, we encourage you to stop by. We would be more than happy to check them out for you. If one is on the fritz, we'll change out the bulb for you. Our labor for that will be complimentary (certain restrictions may apply) - we'll just charge for the bulb so you're back on the road in no time at all.
